My Thoughts On Pizza Casserole:



If I don't get to eat regular pizza I enjoy pizza casserole and this pizza casserole is so easy to make. I love the combination of sauce, pasta, and cheese. I like to have anchovies on my pizza and pizza casserole is no different for me. It is an added topping I choose for pizza dishes. Do you like anchovies? People either like them or hate them. Where do you stand?



Pizza Casserole Easy Recipe - (Casseroles)
12 servings



Ingredients:



  • 1 package wide egg noodles (12 ounces)
  • 1 1/2 pounds ground beef (lean)
  • 3 cups pizza sauce
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • 2 cups Mozzarella cheese (shredded)
  • Pepperoni slices
  • Pepper to taste



Instructions:



  1. Cook the egg noodles in salted, boiling water for 2-3 minutes.
  2. Drain water from the egg noodles.
  3. Brown the ground beef and drain the excess fat.
  4. Add the pizza sauce, salt, and pepper to the beef; mix well.
  5. Put half of the noodles in a greased 13x9 baking dish.
  6. Cover with half the sauce and 1 cup of cheese and repeat the layers.
  7. Top with the pepperoni slices.
  8. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
