Fruit Pizza Secret Recipe - (Pies & Pastries)

Ingredients:

  • 1 package cream cheese ( 8 ounces, softened)
  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
  • Fresh fruits include bananas, blueberries, raspberries, kiwi, grapes, strawberries, peaches, and pineapple.

Directions:

Prepare the Crust and Glaze. Combine the cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla. Cream the mixture until it is smooth. Spread it over the cooled crust. Slice your fruits. Starting at the outside of the crust, arrange the fruit into rings using one fruit for each ring. Spoon the cooled glaze over the fruit, covering it completely. Chill it in the refrigerator. Cut the Fruit Pizza into wedges before serving.

  • 3/4 cup butter or margarine (melted)
  • 3 tablespoons powdered sugar
  • 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 2 tablespoons pecan pieces

Directions:

Combine the melted butter, sugar, and flour, mixing well. Stir in the nuts. Pat the dough into a 12-inch pizza pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 10-15 minutes or until golden brown. Remove from the oven and cool.

Thoughts On Fruit Pizza Secret Recipe: (Secret Recipe)

The butter is one of the secrets to this fruit pizza's incredible flavor. Butter is a better choice for taste instead of margarine. If you use browned butter for this recipe it does something special how it hits the tongue. You will receive compliments with this dessert dish.

The grated orange rind gives this Fruit Pizza a great orange flavoring. Real grated orange peel instead of using orange extract flavor also enhances the taste of orange.

Grand Marnier liqueur has a bitter orange aftertaste that is delightful. The browned butter, real grated orange peel, and Grand Marnier liqueur work together in this recipe ingredient trio to make anyone want more. Trust me, you will love it!

My Thoughts For Today:

Employee appreciation.

My employer showed appreciation for all the employees by serving us burgers, brots, and delicious sides. I am always grateful when this happens. The food was very good. The burgers had a great fresh beef flavor. I had tomato, lettuce, cheese, and mayonnaise on my burger. You can see in the picture what I had on my brot. I am a huge mustard fan. Please do not judge me for the amount of mustard I use. Do you love mustard? Does your employer show their appreciation for you with food? Please share your experiences.

Keep on cooking!

Quote For The Day:

“Cooking is not difficult. Everyone has taste, even if they don’t realize it. Even if you’re not a great chef, there’s nothing to stop you from understanding the difference between what tastes good and what doesn’t.” – Gerard Depardieu
